Premium Jewelry Remakes Policy
We want to provide you the best shopping experience and for you to be happy with your purchases from UwU Vibes!
Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our products before placing an order and completing a purchase to ensure your 100% satisfaction.
If there are problems with your item we can offer remakes under certain circumstances at our discretion. You may send your request for a remake within 14 days of receiving the item.
We do not accept or offer remakes if you place an order for the wrong product, the wrong product variant such as, design, color etc, or provide an incorrect shipping address.
Your item must have Package Protection to claim a remake for items marked as delivered but reported missing.
The following terms apply for package protection:
- Earliest claim time is 2 business days after tracking shows delivered (to allow for carriers who occasionally mislabel shipments)
- Latest claim time is 14 days from date delivered.
If the order falls under the following, you may request a remake:
*The item itself, an attachment, or the box arrived damaged or shouldn't of passed QA.
*We will only resend the damaged parts of the order.
For example if a chain or box is damaged, we would resend the chain or box on its own. The artwork (message card) received is incorrect, or the wrong item was received.
*If a message card is wrong or damaged, we would resend the message card only. For products that may have been received with the wrong design or product, we must receive a video of the product and the package that the product was received in. If we do not receive this information, your request for a remake will be denied.
* To be eligible for a remake, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
*It has been no longer than 14 days after the date delivered.
* It must also be in the original packaging.
* To complete your remake, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.
*Discounted items can not eligible for remakes
* Sales items are not eligible for remakes.
Additional non-returnable, non-refundable, non-remakeable and non-exchangeable items:
*Any item not in its original condition, is discontinued, damaged, broken or has missing parts or reasons not due to our error. Including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
Cancellations (if applicable)
If your order has been paid and you need to cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the order goes into production and the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Requesting a remake
- Please contact us at: support@uwuvibes.com with your claim. Please provide your order number, details of the products you purchased, as well as your reasoning for a remake. In addition to a video of the product and the package that the product was received in, if your claim is product damage of some sort.
- Once your remake claim is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify of the approval or rejection of your remake.
