We are dedicated to providing our customers great value and service. That is why we provide free tracked, shipping by USPS, FEDEX and UPS.

Lost, Missing or Stolen Packages

UwU Vibes is not liable or responsible for any lost, missing or stolen packages including ,but not limited to:

* An incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. 

* Any item with tracking information that shows the order is delivered.

* Any item is lost, missing, stolen or other reasons not due to our error. Including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

Shipping Times

Typically 6-18 Business Days

Max delivery time – 25 business days.

*This does not include our processing times which is typically 2-3 business days.

*All shipping times are calculated in business days and exclude clearance/customs delays.

*Please note that shipping may be delayed during holiday and peak seasons.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

You can also track your order once its shipped by clicking the View Your Order button in your shipping confirmation email.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment.” 

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package? 

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Does UwU Vibes Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the US. However, in the future we will definitely expand our shipping locations. We wish to spread and share the beauty of all things Kawaii all over the world someday!
