Returns & Refunds Policy

We want to provide you the best shopping experience and for you to be happy with your purchases from UwU Vibes!

Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you may send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping cost and will be required to arrange their own shipping. 

We do not accept or offer returns, refunds or exchanges, if you change your mind, place an order for the wrong product, the wrong product variant such as, size, color etc, or provide an incorrect shipping address.

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our products before placing an order and completing a purchase to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

* It must also be in the original packaging. 

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.

* Items that contain loose threads, slight wrinkles, small scratches, etc, do not qualify for refunds.    

* Sales items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it can not be refunded.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:

*Personalized and custom made items containing the following label within the product description: "This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order!'

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Digital products

* Some health and personal care items

* Books with obvious signs of use

* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

*Free items or items that are free with purchases

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, broken or has missing parts or reasons not due to our error. Including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.

* Any item with tracking information that shows the order is delivered

UwU Vibes is not responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please contact your local mailing services for assistance. 

Returning Your Items(s) (if applicable)

  1. Please contact us at: support@uwuvibes.com with your refund claim and we will provide a return address. Please provide your order number, details of the products you purchased, as well as your reasoning for a return or exchange.
  2. Place your item(s) in the original packaging.
  3. Ship back to the return address we’ve provided via email.
  4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

*A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you must contact your bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@UwUVibes.com and we will provide a return address. 

Cancellations (if applicable)

 If your order has been paid and you need to cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once order goes into production and the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us and we will provide a return address. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
